YG281型复合防水材料是将合成树酯防水卷材与缝有吊带的针刺土工布复合而成的新型隧道专用防水材料。合成树酯具有重量轻、防水性能好、强度高、延伸性好、耐老化及阻燃性能好的特点而针刺土工布则具有孔隙率高、弹性好、耐候性及耐老黄牛化性优异的特点，两者复合一体的新型复合材料，结构为一布一膜结构，合成树酯卷材起防水作用，针刺土工布起排水和缓冲保护层作用，该新型复合材料是替代传统隧道防水材料双层重叠式结构和施工的最理想材料，同时，由于土工布上备有 吊带，实现无穿通钉施工悬吊式排挂一次性完成，可大大简化传统防水材料在隧道中的施工维度，缩短工期，大幅降低工程综合造价，具有极强的市场竞争优势。
